New build 12000m2 children's remand centre in County Durham with both internal and external render aspects. Internally we worked with the Weber Monocouche render system to provide a hardwearing and aesthetically pleasing finish to both the cells and communal areas. We employed the use of two putzmeister m300 machines to spray apply to render. This allowed us to progress at a high speed throughout all areas whilst achieving a better than sponge-float finish to the internal walls.
Externally we applied a Weber cementitious one-coat render to 1200m2 of courtyard areas.
