Red Sail External Render

This is the application of a sand & cement mix to exposed brickwork which offers a good impermeable surface. Internally, outward facing walls are rendered, internal facing walls are bonded. Rendering a wall consists of the application of two layers, firstly the scratch coat which offers the second layer a flat & even surface & also a good key. The second coat is rubbed down to complete a quality finished surface.

External Insulated Render

On average, an un-insulated or poorly insulated house loses 20 - 30% of its heat through its walls which costs you money and harms the environment. Hickey Plastering will install the required thickness of insulation and a certified system to the outside of your house to make living conditions more comfortable and save you money in the future all while helping improve the environment. This will also give you a brand new look to the outside of your home (colour of your choice) increasing the overall value.
